Hilow! Having been blogging. Nothing special happened too. Just moving on with my life. Doing things that I loved and getting crazy over my beloved fany.

Counting down to going to Korea in May. My holiday is coming! Shall be a relaxed and adventurous trip. Hopefully I get something back from there.

Settled down with my work. Been almost a year and now a new challenge awaits for me. I can do it!

Still I want to do an Masters and go oversea and study and eventually has my own Cafe.^_^

Life is short so be happy all the time. Nothing much can affect you as long you have the will to live. Look at Japan now and the world news. It somehow seems that the world might really come to an end, so enjoy while it lasts and do your best all the time.

Hilow everyone..

how is 2010? let mi see what have changes/experiences that i encountered in 2010?

Firstly I quit my very first full time job in FR and jump to another shift working department of MHA. LOL. just that the time table is fixed now. Better pay and more time for myself.

First time travel to HK and all by myself. didnt visit the theme parks and instead walked alot. the trip let mi recharge myself and thought alot for the year of 2010.

Then, I embarked on the new adventure for my new job. I don't know so far I can go or how I can survive it. If possible I still like to travel oversea and study. Maybe in even be a related field of my concentration but something that I am always interested in.

Gaining weight has still been a problem to me. Seeing my dad stomach getting rounder and my mum putting on weight, i guess i only put on weight by their age. so just eat whatever i like now for the time being.

Started my Korea food restaurant adventures and blogged about them. Hasnt been updating due to laziness. However, I been to more than 10 korean restaurants already and will continue in 2011.

Single and in love with my 9 ladies from Korea. They are awesome! thanks to the internet, I get to see them everyday. hehe. They are my motivation~ if they can put in so much effort in giving their best, I can too :D

Also, finally kick starting my long term plans in June 2010 but unfortunately slack off in Dec and I need to pick up the momentum again.

That all folk..

I wonder who will be reading anyway .. but Wish You Health and Wealth and Happiness will come.

Anyway, life has been out of norm.. preparing for my law paper in Oct. Hopefully I WILL PASS and get confirm and throw it out of my mind after that.

Woohoo~ I am reaching a quarter of the century soon~ Looking back, there are more pleasant than unpleasant stuff.. I might find faults at this and that but afterall i am still quite fortunate to be alive and still witness the beauty of the world.

Was cleaning up my room today and looking at the stuffs kept in my drawer.

Here are what I 'discovered'
1. Stamps Albums
2. Digimon cards
3. Pokemon cards
4. Stickers
5. Posters

Hahaz.. Still a BIG kid~ although can qualify to uncle liaoz.. lmao~

putting that aside, where can i sell away my stamps? I have stamps from all over the world which are at least more than 10 years old. hmmm~ anyone can help me on that?

Used to play pokemon cards and I actually used Erika Grass Deck.. hahaz.. As for digimon card, I still remember putting in LOTS of 20cents coin and turning the knob for the cards~ Those are the days~ innocent and ignorant. Still innocent now :D

Then, there are my SHE posters which I collected over the years, amazingly, they have been around for 10 years and my Hebe is going solo soon~ Just awaits for her album too <3

Although my attention has been switched to SNSD(guess i like girl group beginning with letter S), at least they keep me distracted from work. I mean, is tough for anyone to survive in the entertainment industry especially since their training begun years ago. How can I compare myself with them? One thing in common is that, we all desire to achieve something very unique for ourselves. Our DREAMS !

As for my beloved soccer club, I hope new owners come in soon, I want a new stadium and new players. We can achieve top 3 this year!

Last but not least, I hope everything is going well for my friends, family and everyone else.

Hi ppl.. been ages since i blog.. nowadays there is tweeter and fb status update.. and another big reason is laziness.. hahaz..

then again, life hasnt been that exciting.. the same old routine stuff.. work, rest, sleep. nothing much in action.. chasing kpop idols, taking steps towards my dreams, learning the new old stuff.

I wonder if I am lucky or not, so far I could only see Kpop idols when they are not singing. I want to hear them live. All the live concerts, showcases etc always on my working day.. But sweet surprise to see one of my beloved girls in SG. Also managed to catch up with WG. Sunye really caught my attention. Now my impression of them is changing.. hahaz..

World Cup is over.. The Kraken won! I meant Spain won~ 116min then scored. my precious sleep.. hahaz.. but is ok.. i din manage to catch lots of soccer this WC. I liked them from the start but did not think they will be able to win it. Another nice surprise.

Where should i head out for a 2D 1N trip. Any suggestions??

Hi all!

Been some time since i blog, so sorry man. Haz.. lost touch of blogging since nothing exciting is happening.. Only exciting thing for me is Kpop now. Especial SNSD. LOLx. <<3 JesTif

No longer working in Wisma FR, so please do not expect me to be there. I switched job and currently on training. Anticipating the future.

Recently, hooked onto online buying:eBay. haz.. the click is too easy liaoz.. but kinda of lost track of my budget. Haiz.. gulity. But then again, I found another avenue to sell my 'unwanted' stuffs worldwide. LOLx So just post since is free.

Weekends is around but I do not have much activities. Only soccer on Sunday. Hope the weather is good. Should be saving money and staying at home to watch tv.

Hong Kong!

Swee~ Just came back from another adventure. I realise how much I have miss out for not traveling in my younger days! I seriously urge anyone of us to travel. But first, save up the money first! LOLx

Was a walking tour and ferrying journey. walk walk, take ferry, take tram, take ferry, walk walk, take photos. HAHAz.. the small small fried baby pigeons is AWESOME! Dim Sum is really good, but i guess the winner goes to congee! Is really nice! Almost everyone eats that everywhere!

Shopping at outlet shop is a bargain. Too bad, I do not need alot of the stuff if not I go on a spree. Afterall, this is not meant to be a shopping trip so it is ok. I guess the best part of the trip is the night scenery at the water fronts. The day view was bad as the haze/fog is too strong.

Anyway, five days just passed in a blink of the eye. Slept over the weekends and time to start training for my IPPT and rearranged my stuffs. And of course finish my BOOK! haz~

Went to JB Jusco Bukit Indah for adventure today. I must say the adventure was great and the hidden agenda was achieved finally. LOLx. Way to go people!

One more month left for me to use my staff card 'privilege', I must use it well. Haz~ 2 more months before I embark on my next journey.

I wonder if I had made the wrong decision at times for leaving even though I knew I would progress rather fast if I continued. I guess I must bear in mind what I really want eventually :) Like what my SVP say, to have that kind of income is either investing or doing a business which are exactly what I am pursuing. Like I told my 1st Key, I been in touch with this ever since army days. From IM to MLM to Agencies. Been there, done that. Through the failures, I accumulated more knowledge and skills and learned to play with only things that I have. I live below my means and learned to enjoy what I have. Hence, it is time to achieve even greater heights!

yeah folks.. i am officially resigning from my current job and joining a gov agency in mid feb. last day at wisma will be 20 jan next year.. the countdown is cruel.. haz~

But looking forward to a new chapter and especially the holiday before that! HAPPY!

Was sick for the whole of last week, though not very major and is annoying enough and especially not very good since I am in you know what kind of industry. However, No much choice, cant take mc as if i take means someone need to cover me. Hence, I tahan till sat and then finally saw the doc and took mc. I think i knew my limits when i did a mistake when doing the closing. Luckily everything turned out fine. The doctor seems suspicious of me but I cant blame him since I had been taking medicine on my own but did not help to cure the illness. Anyway, I got the rest which I badly needed and after 2 days of rest. I had kinda recovered although now I started to have phlegm.

Had my overdue PH off today and went to JB with my family. Went to some further places with Jusco and Tesco beside it. The mall was HUGE but not very exciting. Was initially excited when I rushed to the directory and searched for the floor map. Something caught my eye. "A&W S29"
Woohoo! fanatically, i rushed off searching for it. To my dismay, it was replaced by Kenny Rogers. HAIZ. here goes my A&Ws. After that, we went for the usual seafood dinner but at a different place. Nothing fantastic too. Was abit disappointed. Anyway is time for home sweet home~

Suppose to transfer to Vivo on Wed but Wisma wants me to stay back and do night work. How ironic? I rather move to Vivo a new environment and learn something new than staying back at Wisma

feeling unwell but cant take mc. no one working if i take mc.. but if i really fall apart den how? that will always be a vicious cycle until the day with a permanent team of 6. Less than 60 days to saying bye bye. The feeling is great~LOLx

Went to Batam recently. Apparently, people did not want to heed my advice and ended up screwing the trip. How nice it is to start with someone threatening to find you when you are not the responsible person. Having to make decisions after wards when your initial plan was removed by someone words. Complaining that everything is small and expensive when you do not want to spend on the necessary transportation and food. Hey guys.. we are here on holiday! Not to scrimp on every single thing and being afraid of landslide. We had too much comfort in SG that one assumes it should be the way in the whole world. Eventually, I am very glad that we did not go to BKK. On the other side, I got to taste A&Ws again and have a good rest for 3 days and receiving some good news on the trip. HAPPY!

Time to bath and have lunch and go to work.

I once mention that we are all but chess pieces. I acknowledge that but I also know my own worth. I play for only for a worthy chess master. So what lies ahead remains so unclear .. just waiting .. someone mention about being just a corpse without a soul and heart. Apparently, it is happening to almost everyone. So what should i do?

Bought another Andrew Matthews book and almost completing it soon. Same old stuff waiting for me to apply and be Happy. There is always a choice and I know which to choose. I accept who I am and where are my weakness. But it hurts where efforts ended up in vain. Afterall it takes two hands to clap, getting tired of initiating and ending up like a fool. So what should i do?

My Song Ericsson phone LCD screen die on me and 80% of my contacts gone after using another hp. haiz.. Wanted to get iphone3GS now but i am hesitating to put my money on it. My contract has not ended and I was thinking i should wait when the prices is further driven down plus having the vouchers. Meanwhile, I was thinking of getting a 2nd hand HP to use. So what should i do?

Feeling tired and not motivated again. Although I finally finish my first draft, I had yet to start on the 2nd draft. Arghhh~

Only motivated to watch SNSD videos on Utube. LOLx. amazingly, I finish 4 months of work. Went to watch movie to distress and to let out my tears. Haz. I watch anime and movies so that i can cry. weird anot?

Was a nice motive though.. was thinking about the lessons and conflicts rather than anything else. Instead of beauty is in the eye of beholder, they should have importance in the eye of beholder. Create to save, yet destroying the created? Survival is preprogrammed in our brain and we do almost anything to achieve that very aim.

Met up with sing, apparently, he was hit by reality too. haz~ met up with half of the 'pussycat dolls' members and sing for the movie. Sorry for not introducing to each other. LOLx. kinda of rush and weird~

damn.. my hp is damaged. need to scout for one now.. haiz.. i want iphone lehz.. if not HTC Hero??

Went to NAB 2 weeks ago.. Finally went there! Ever since I was 18, we been waiting to enter it since there is a age limit of 23. LOL.

The view was nice.. I want to be there to chill again soon~

Is my off day today and I dont have any plan. Guess I just rest at home and do something meaningful.

Been thinking about my career path and things that I ultimately want to accomplish. Waiting for the important call or letter to decide my plans for the next few months. Wish me luck that I get good news.

I had always been interested in many things and I understand that I cant do that much and have to streamline my 'wants' and focus. After all, the shortest distance between 2 points is a straight line. Finishing up my first draft for 'PH'. When can I finish it? =P

3months gone~

Today marked the end of 'probation'. What will happen next? I have no idea? Do I want to know? I dont want to know as well. Just feel very moody. Another boring day ahead. Guess I will learn another new thing tonight. Haz. but the thing is not very useful.. hmmm...

Sometime I wanna cry out as hard as possible but I can never succeed. Only through certain medium then I can. Guess I should watch back 1 litre of tears again before everything accumulate and overwhelm me.

Up to now, I am still uncertain what kind of life I would want to live. After experience 'life & death' situations, it make me thinks that living the very moment is the most important, however, on contrast to my own character who likes to plan ahead, I dont like to live in uncertainty and not knowing what to do next. This is just not me. Now, I dont even bother to know when is my next off day so that i can plan sometime. I do know that to meet friends on my off days is quite not that possible. So I end up resting at home, tidying my room, throwing away items and thinking of the next step and end up being discouraged. I guess that is my own conflict of beliefs which i need to sort them out soon if not i will hanging on a thread.

1 hour of wait = good food?

Good food worth the wait? The past 2 days I needed to wait for an hour before having my dinner and let see if they are really worth the wait.

1st contestant: Watami Japanese Casual Restaurant

2nd contestant: Hao Xiang International

Let me give an overall description on the experience as well as taste of food.

For No1.Queuing experience wasnt good, would be better if the hostress was more attentive. But the service within the restaurant was impressive. Food wise, still normal japanese food. Selection was quite little to my amazement. But the service do make up for it but to wait for an hour is not justified.

For No2. Dont need to queue thanks to the seats we managed to get. But the wait was cruel since everyone seems to be waiting for their food. Service was the kind you get from coffeeshop since it is a coffeeshop. As for the food, only the toufu was good and special. The crazyfish is too small. I rather travel to JB eat. The double taste fish is disappointing, the dish is almost totally cold, if i serve this in my place. I wonder how many complains letters i will receive. So in the end the wait is not worth it.

Went to Compass point on Wed for the Gundam Fiesta. Wasnt as bad as what Dar seem to describe.. Took quite a few photos.

Met up with Dar for dinner on Friday. We tried the new restaurant, Empire State at Iluma after going into one of the Jap restaurant and getting disappointed at the selection and coming out. Hahaz.. the waitress gladly welcomed us in and out of the restaurant. Anyway, not the first time I did this kind of thing. Was so hungry and we shared the Super big burger that is 8 inches in size! I think is bigger than a personal pan pizza.

Made me thinks which is more sinful, the fries or the burger?

Finally, my first off day on a saturday. Sadly, i actually had to request it if not i do not get any for this month. My colleague is quiting and no idea about F1 yet. So I guessed I be doing alot of A shifts again since there is no new hire and am the only non-keyholder. Just hope for the best~

Slacked at home today and did some housekeeping. Also, accomplished something which I had been dreading to do. Felt much better after saying it, although I wasnt hoping for anything but my main intention was to say it. haz~

Finally started on my G00R.. almost completed. hehe~ after all concentration is better.. the shortest distance between 2 points is indeed a straight line. Guess after reading a few books, concentration seems to make things work while divergence works for spinning off varieties.

Got my 2nd payslip. Meaning I actually worked for 2 months liaoz.. time fly when you are not doing things that are really that meaningful. Hahaz. Just did my wealth distribution for the coming month. Hmmm.. got my first incentive from July. The incentive came at the right time when I just happened to burst Aug budget. hahaz but I wonder when the next one will come? hmmm..

I wonder how my shift will change again when boss comes back. Can I have a off day on Sunday or Saturday pleasseee.. hahaz.. let see if that is possible. Today is the 11th straight working day and I have 3 more A shifts before completing my first ever non stop 2 weeks stint of work in my life. Feeling like a zombie when at work now. Went out after work almost everyday to meet friends and caught my first Korean Movie. I actually did not watch any Korean movie in the cinemas before. The one I caught in Korea was in English. Haz..

Started reading my first books on investments. Pretty interesting. I wonder when I can applying them. hehe~

My firefox is haywire!

I am wondering if it is my laptop or the firefox or other browsers that is giving me problems. I cant access to many things on FB and my current blogger page is screw up. Haz~ Nvm. These are minor stuffs.

Finally bought my shoes and started on building G00. I wonder if the plain special stickers lookalike are stickers or decal? Can anyone help me on that? I seriously think they are just normal stickers which I can just stick on. Tried to take photos of the 1/6 completed model but my D60 batt went flat. Hahaz.

Next off day is 11DAYS AWAY! The same thing I had when I first started work. On the bright side, It means 2 months is over soon and hopefully probation will end by Sept and they actually know that they need to hire more people. Haz~

Colleagues and friends had been excited about payday, but not me. Just another normal day come which I do my personal accounts and budgeting. That's what rat race really is. I think I seriously need another source of income ASAP. Any recommendation?

Finally played soccer again after 2 months. If this goes on.. i get to play soccer 6 times a year??? WTH? haiz.. nvm.. i sorted it out.. hopefully soon enough.

hmmm.. this blog is suppose to be HAPPY. But somehow it has lost the original purpose. I shall find it back. :D

Finally a Sunday off. The only precious once per month weekend off. And it is over already. Is time to do some real work to make some progress in my life. Firstly, sort out out my feelings and next, I do not want to be stuck here forever. I am no rat. Fast track is for me. hehe~

getting very restless and no motivation for life. what is happening? Rather How can I change my direction. The pile of debts requires constant servicing which left me little room to play with. One advantage for my current work is the ability to keep my expenses within budget and at the same thing learn things that almost no other jobs offer. If I spoke to you about my job, you will understand. Haz~ On the positive note, I survived the first HOD meeting and presenting for my outlet without any advance notice and the mindset that I need not have to present when I was siting in the room. What a way to survive meetings...

another one and a half months before probation ends. I hope they confirm or reject me asap. Dont leave me hanging around without 'more' benefits. So something I like to ask myself and everyone. "Work for who? Yourself or the company?" I seriously do not know.

Amazing! I completed one month of work.. I survived!!!! Although the peak periods were crazy and filled with unnecessary commotions. Everything turned out fine and I learned and grown a bit. Another off day gone.. my third off day is month. As usual, I am almost too tired to do anything. Slept through the eclipse and wanting to sleep more. Did not manage to do much useful stuff. Only met up with Sing and had supper with him.

Went to explore Ion and OC yesterday after work. To my surprise, Dunkin Donuts is back in SG! Will try it soon since I can go there almost any other day. LOLx. Went to OC and just nice Kevin was there as well. Had a short chat before I met up with Cat for dinner. oh ya! OC has the Korean Nolboo franchise but what a pity that it does not sell Boodeh Jigeh. I was actually quite disappointed. hmmm~ On the bright side, OC offers me a place to take photos and I shall take it on next Monday. hehe~

My shift changed again, meaning I wont be at the national stadium this sunday. HAIZ. just watch the lLiverpool match and as even a fan, I cant think how they can continue to challenge and bring the no19 back. The squad lacks creative players and a good striker. With ManC and RM doing all the crazy signings, football is no longer fun.

Should seriously get a pair of new shoes. My left foot will never recover at this rate. which means I cant do any sports now. Arghh..

Since starting work, there are more negatives than positives and all I can do is to look forward to the next meeting...so when will it be?

Today is commencement! as well as my first official off day from my first perm job. So not talking about work today! HAPPY!

After so many years of study, seriously, studying in school is still the best. If I could, I rather continue to study and increase my knowledge. Yet, the truth is that what you learn in school is rarely applicable in the real world. How contradicting it is.

But, at the same time, I will continue reading and prepared my own book. Do my keychains and also set a new road map. the one i did few weeks ago can be thrown away. hahaz.

So should I get the Liverpool match ticket??? hmmm.. I finish at 7pm on that day.. sigh~

Finally got a job, started and today is the 2nd day of work. So far so good, took some light scolding but is OK. Fighting n learning!

hmmm.. Actually met 2 friends today.. One came to find mi and I was so HAPPY!! but didnt know what to say.. hope it isn't awkward. Met another frenz while doing my rounds.. haz..

Guess alot more friends will come to visit mi. I appreciated the efforts and I look forward in welcoming you all. LOLx. But I might be bz so give and take k?

2012 - Predictions of Doomsday

I was surfing the net and came across and interesting article on the prediction of the next Doomsday - 12/21/12 ( 21 Dec 2012 )

Apparently, there are many 'evidences' indicating that is it may be the actual doomsday. Check out the website here.

However, since I am so free, let me come up with my own theories of how it could happened. LOLx.

1. The current H1N1 wiped out 1/3 of the global population with Africa, South America and West Asia having the most casualties.

2. North Korea launched WMD to attack USA, South Korea and Japan. However the effect of nuclear radiation spread to East Asia, causing a high number of deaths.

3. Global warming accelerated despite 'growing' efforts to curb greenhouse gases. The melting of ice increase the average sea level and global climate starts to change abruptly.

I guess is just the beginning of the end. The world would not vanish in a day unless a black hole suddenly appear before us.

So meanwhile, enjoy life and be happy.

Damn.. fell sick at the wrong time, had another almost horrible injury to my left this time.. luckily i recovered from the sickness and can walk now.. but my stomach is still not obedient yet.. tmr shud be 100% well..

I am almost an official FOOD REPUBLICAN. Hahaz.. starting work on 1 July. I wonder what I really be doing.. I kinda of thought that I might be selling drinks or managing the cleaners? LOLx.. Seriously have not much idea except to manage.. hahaz.. Please post mi to Wisma... thanks..

Another week is going to pass.. this time i have to be decisive again.. I guess is a good lesson for me.. Finally read another book.. The last lecture by Randy Pausch. Inspiring indeed!

As for my life.. I guess is taking a turn.. preparing myself mentally, physically, emotionally and wateverly to accept my first full time job in my life.

Time will fly even faster as I enter workforce and trap in the damn rat race. Looking at the list of goals that i made.. I guess i need to find other ways to achieve them now within the same time frame.

Forseeing that the coming week will be my last week of hols.. U shud just play as much as I can and meet as many ppl as possible.. hahaz..

Over the past few months I applied for various jobs and i think at least a hundred of them. Unfortunately only when you are forced to make certain decision, then it become clearer of what you really want.

I guess everyone has their own family background and ambition and dreams. So everyone is unique and different. After one sleepless night, thankfully just one night, it was torturing enough.. i came up with my decision, then, everything become clearer again as more time pass by.

Went to the National Museum of Singapore! I actually went in! OMG.. hahaz.. had Mai Mason for the first time.. ordered Hamburger Steak.. Not bad.. make mi wanna try steak even more..

Officially done with NUS.. in a blink of an eye, my undergrad life is over.. looking back the 3 years.. the most happening and happy time is definitely in Korea.. Make friends, have adventures, understand people, different lifestyle and lotsa of fun.

I want to thank anyone and everyone that has came into, left, affected, influenced, guided, taught, advised my life. A BIG THANK YOU. I learned alot and I guess I start to understand more about the surroundings and life. Now, I will be stepping into my next phase of life..working.. haz..

OMG. Here i am. At the last school holiday of my undergrad life. I hope there be more SCHOOL HOLS for mi in the future. Haiz. By next yr, I guess i be moving into mid 20s crisis w/o achieving much. So sad...

Something, i really wanna what i need to do now.. life seem so aimless now w/o the drive that i used to have. no goal .. no direction .. no purpose .. just i am just lonely.. maybe i shud be the singles club which i stumbled across ysd.. hahaz.. should just find something to worry about.. i guess so ..

Went to the assessment center workshop today. Reconfirmed my flaws in presentation and I dun really know how can i be even better. Sucks at interview as my flows of thoughts is usually messy and short. Guess i play to keep role playing again and practice like how i did for LB.

I should look through my goals and find my drive again.. hmmm.. just go and find it BACK!

had a long day, started lesson at 9am and the prof just kept lecturing. After the break, i would not concentrate much as he speed thru the slides. Nvm... let i told my friends, letting my CAP free fall this sem.. hahaz.. grades have no important at all now as long as i pass..

attempt my SOM assignment for the whole afternoon and den went for recruitment talk. Saw the attendance sheet, I am one of the 3 year 3 students while swarm by surrounding BBAH students. My heart sank. Know my own standard, don't fight a losing battle. Give up on the 'interview' after that. However, learned alot from the speaker. He was great. Cheers to him! I believe the company would grow even further!

After that, met up with Nelson and Andy near Nelson's place for dinner and of course a drink at Plasma after that. As usual, our songs always seem to be postpone away. Sad sia. happening to us in almost every places. had 2 jugs shared among 3. then, is time to catch the last train home.

Turning red once away, savouring the last uni life and hoping to recover the korea lifestyle.. on my way back..listening to my current fav song on my phone.

time flew.. this will be my last CNY as an undergraduate.. i hope next yr will be better..

my relatives left not long ago.. the house became quiet.. my focus went back to the reality. what are the priorities in my life? I find myself suddenly asking this.. I seriously dunno.. i told someone that emotion is in our control which i believe it to be true since many gurus said that and i know it works but i just cant seem to control it too..

suddenly, the helpless feeling lingered back.. i just want to be a normal happy man.. why is the world so cruel and unfair to people.. sometime i realli wonder what if there is a world w/o money. I realise money is not what i am after.. i just want to be appreciated.. or at least not taken for taken.

I realise the things i can do is limited within my authority. Overseeing the whole tragedy unfolding knowing the exact cause yet unable to help. Sometime, not knowing seems to be a better alternative..

out of sudden, i felt lonely again.. the kind where u seem to be the last man on earth.. i just wanna have some company..

the CNY wasnt as happening as before but nevertheless it is an occasion for the whole family to gather. That the only time i sees everyone.. maybe that y i do not know them well.

Met up and Maocheng, Kenny and Shihua for dinner and kinda of celebration for Shihua Bdae too.. Went to Sushi Teh at Taka. I never know it actually exists at there. Such a weird location to be at.. at least thats how i think.

Next week is CNY and apparently, everywhere seems as dead as it could be. I should go to chinatown this weekend to make myself believe that CNY is here..

Oh man.. i did the most incredible thing today.. I went to the library and studied. I seriously cant imagine that I did that.. and i did that for more than 3 hours! COol~

Went for the recruitment briefing and yes, I know the economy is bad, yes, i know i need to hone my interview skills, yes, i know i need to start applying. But based on the meritocracy system and if i am completing with every fathter, mother, and sons. It seems that I would be never be good enough for them.. no honors, no intern, nothing... haiz.. apply what jobs?

Moving on to the better side, went for dinner with Nelson and Andy and had bak ku teh.. damn.. i guess more than 8 months since i last had it.. was good to my standard.. following that, went for a drink and then my face red again.. LOLx.. so home i go..

if this is the daily lifestyle, is seriously do not mind.. relax and be HAPPY!

Hilow ppl, i am officially back from Seoul. Is been and a week and I kinda of cant imagine what the future is like. Feels kinda of lost after this 4 months exchange. I must say that it is my best time of my life so far. Meeting so many new friends, having so much fun and experience a new culture. On top of that, I need not have to be concern about grades or stress about almost anything. What a perfect lifestyle! HAPPY!

So for the past week, I met up lots of old friends and I feel kinda of lost in touch with them. Never really interacted with them when I was away and coming back just feel so weird. Even to chat on msn with my roommate seems weird. I guess I start to miss the 4 months.

By May, I would start working and I have no idea how is the feeling be like. Hahaz.

Nothing to write on, feel so confused.. i shud go out for a cycle..

was having a busy week.. getting more and more busy.

Top of the list is to settle ISF. SO many things to do.. lol. went to Jeju for 3 and half days last week. was great! Went to DMZ and then to World Cup stadium again for more photo taking.

Came back and was so tired. Slept and have cramps.. missed my cycling.. sianz..

Lots of reading to be done. haven done any.. just left 7 more weeks. So many places i want to go.. I want to go Nami, Gyeonju, watch JUMP, Olypmic park, hike Bukhansan, temple stay, Daejeon?

yes one more mid term and 24hrs later i be in jeju! YES! HAPPY! but.. it also marks that I only have 8 more weeks here.. I dont want to go back so fast ... :(

I guess the privilege of exchange student is that i can skip class, study exam for an hr and so on.. hehe.. almost cover everywhere i wan to go in seoul.. left some phototaking areas and then i hope to venture out again..

Went to the University Street yesterday. Was raining but i didnt care.. After, I did manage to get something really cheap from there.. LOL.

After that, came back Anam and tried the street snacks that Mike recommended. It was really good and you can tell when the shop was full compare to another down the street that was empty.

Went to Changdeogung last sunday with KUBA group 5. It was OK. hahaz.. my best found of the day is the eatery near anam.. hehe..

then, this week was basically busy with projects again.. didnt go out till week except for friday. Went to Club day again. Must salute the 2 girls for dancing all the way in the damn cold night.

Temperature just drop suddenly and i wonder how am i going to survive. hmmm..

Almost a month!

Woke up at 6am today.. meaning 5am in Singapore.. slept for only 4hours and I am up.. LOLx.. feel like sleeping now liaoz.. been almost a month since i arrived and everything seems fine.. still haven start my engine yet but i guess i have to soon.

Was in school and did nothing special. Went to another shopping area near another campus.

and then we went to homeplus in the middle of the night. I think is great to go there at night where they arent many people and you can have a trolley each. hahaz..

So this was my score sheet. hehe..

Projects started and sat at Holly's coffee for 3 hours straight.. now my butt hurts.. and tonite i have to do it again.. sianz.. lol..

Chusok Festival

We, Chinese celebrated MAF.. you should know what that, but at a far far away land know as the land of morning calm(which i still dun understand why) they celebrating thanksgiving on the exact same day and commonly known as Chusok.

They eat rice cake on that day while we eat mooncakes and view the moon. It doesnt seem much differences viewing it here. However, the festival is celebrated for 3 days, 14, 15 & 16th of the eighth month of the lunar calendar.

So it meant holidays for me. Unfortunately, two of the days fell on weekends. Damn it~

anyway, I spend the first day shopping, second day sightseeing, wearing funny costumes. LOLx.

Then on the last day, we had something more relaxing, going up to Namsan Tower to have a view of the city. It was great but too bad there were lots of people.

Went to Everland yesterday and I had my first Roller Coaster Ride! Yipee.. LOLx.. it wasnt as bad as it seems.. i actually enjoyed it.. However, i din dare to take those rides with turning or rotating ones since i had bad experience years ago.

The theme big was big and it contained a zoo! with a safrai in it! Amazing, but haiz.. the animals are so lazy and restless. Anyway, had great fun, we stayed till it closed and by the time we get back, we were so tired.

Den today, went to my favourite shopping area to get some stuffs and doughnut! I guess I sort of get all the things i want and i can stop stopping le. Ate dinner at quite a nice place but the food wasnt that nice..what a pity..

Tmr is Mid-Autumn Festival, but here is Chuseok. Quite a major hols for the Koreans and the celebrate it for 3 days! So, it was so nice for the Residence Community to give up traditional rice balls that taste like 'Ang Gu Gui' LOLx

Sightseeing is next! Shall sleep soon.. lol.. and yes... The REDS WON! HAPPY!

Dinner with the Singapore 'Ran'

By initiating the first dinner gathering for Singaporeans, I had a great task.. to gather all the Singaporeans lor.. LOLx..

But my role is usually initiate and someone would eventually lead.. hahaz..

First of all thanks everyone for coming, even when the dinner location wasnt decided till the last minute. So BUG THANK YOU!

We managed to get a tiny room in which we managed to squeezed all 14 people. LOLx.. dinner was great! and it seem that other got full easily while i was searching for more rice.. hahaz.. anyway, we went to eat some dessert and I got lucky! hahaz..

Jean and Serene ordered this KING BING SU and since 'unpopular' me got no one want to share with , I din order and was hoping to 'kapo' others.. My wish came true!IT WAS HUGE! and we almost cant finish it.. Next, we went to Start Beer for some drink and I had a wonderful time. HAPPY!

Damn.. fast food here is expensive, i think i rather spend 4000won on a regular meal and eat till damn full(since can refill) LOLx..

Try McDonald on monday and it was great.. Almost a completely different menu except the familiar BIG Mac.. hahaz.. but the coke can be refill here.. amazing!

Is lunch time special and a meat cost about 3000WON which is like 4 bucks plus and thus the place was crowded!

First day of KoYon Games.. Was caught off guard by the rivalry of both Uni.. Is so cool and cant find any words to describe them.. I had onli wished that my group was more cohesive like my roommate's one, but is ok.. I did have fun in the end.. Why cant NUS have this? it will damn fun:)

The cheers to me are like quite retro and techno, maybe because i cant understand but i salute the cheerleaders for dancing the whole day.

But i guess the best part of the day is to get a good dinner:)

Venturing into the unknown and having a language barrier, we managed to orders some realli nice decent food.. cool.. nice.. will go back there soon..Jackson

Finally, school started and almost a week gone again.. tomorrow is the famous Ko-Yon games held every year. So far the lessons seem alright until i receive an email.. I hope i can continue the lesson.. hmmm.. anyway.. going school was fun.. hope to make more new friends :)

Apparently, I was afraid that I would starved myself and I went to Homeplus to buy loads of food. LOLx..

And finally, we went to BBQ buffet onli less than 10bucks!!! is just opposite school and offers meat! way to go man! I will go there soon :)

Is raining today, still raining now.. My first day or sch with just 35minutes in the classroom.. lol..

Finally got my Korea Hp line. Tmr got lesson from 12-7pm.. no break.. sianz.. 4 lessons.. hopefully tmr weather is good.. i wan to go drink soju.. hahaz..

It seems difficult at the start but 1 week had just passed and I am starting to enjoy the things here.. Hopefully things will get even better once school starts. I am sure it will :)

I kinda of love the love here but unfortunately, the food is kinda of expensive.. hahaz... but i will still eat them.. exploring the area has been great, I will go there again to fully explore them..

Had my very first supper and Soju last night. Soju tasted not bad, like my friend says, is like Volka on the rock..

Thinking of hitting the gym tmr but the morning opening hours is killer.. 7am -9am.. kinda of strange.. i see if i can wake up.. hahaz ...

Next week at this time, I be on plane.. flying to an unfamiliar place far away from SG. I wonder have i done the right thing. In terms of expenses, I managed to self fund at least 50% so i guess that an encouragement for me already. So i guess that is about 30K in total for all my debts before i even grad? LOLx.. sad life? or? so i shud really go for one scholarship.. lol.. but my results sucks at the moment.. haiz.. shall see how..

Met up with Guangwei, Shihua and Kenny ysd for dinner at Clementi Botak Jones before heading to meet Sumi, Heng, Andy and Nelson for a drink. Have fun again.. wonder how it be like over at another place.. hehe~

Started packing, realised there is so much stuff to bring over, as if i am going to stay there for good. lolx. Been emoing, dunno why.. haiz.. maybe of the 'new' excitement that awaits me.. hopefully everything will be fine..

Managed to find a temp job for 5days for this week.. and it was actually at a supposingly well know market research firm.. anyway is just 5 days.. so just do.. doubt after this assignment i be getting any more since there onli 3 weeks left.. i seriously should start packing my stuff.. is 4 months away from home afterall..

Watched Red Cliff on Monday after work with Sumi and Heng. Thanks for the popcorn :) The show is nice, eagerly anticipating for the finale to be out next year..

Just now went for a 50min run with Sing and it feels good to sweat it out.. hahaz.. Now i am tired.. hungry too.. shall wait for breakfast then.. hehe..

Finally I out pro last friday and immediately i occupied myself with activities everyday. Afterall i am left with just 5 weeks to enjoy the sun and rain.

On Saturday, i met Sing for dinner and this guy had been drawing and drawing and now his drawing had rose to another whole new level!

Then on Sunday went for basketball game, a game which i still not good at but just running around.. hahaz..

Come Monday, I met up with Jason and Nick for the DARK KNIGHT! It is worth watching! Definitely much better than the Hellboy. Went to MOF for dinner and their standards seem to have fallen abit.. sad ...
Then go Tuesday, we Part of ODIN celebrated Eunice Birthday at Mussel Guys at Vivocity. Ironically, i din take any of the birthday gal photos.. what was i thinking? Anyway, HAPPY Belated Birthday! Wish you Health and Wealth!
On Wednesday, I went to JB with Derrick, Nick and David! It was eating all the way and shopping all the way, I shall let the picture do the talking.. hahaz..

Finally on Thursday, I make a BIG breakthrough, buying my very first DSLR and eager to learn how to take nice nice nice nice nice photos. So far, the pic on my blog are first taken by N80, followed by K810i and then K850. Maybe the next time, I post photos captured by my D60. But first, i need to learn how to use it first... hahaz... HAPPY!

One more week of reservist to go.. wonder what would really happen.. lol.. i wanna sleep lehz.. kena some shitty work again.. no pay increase or compensation.. meaning it just sucks..

Weekends passed damn fast and with the need to go back camp tmr. it just feels weird and uneasy.. 5 more days to out-pro day. Hopefully next week i can get a job and start earning some cash for my Korea trip.. is coming soon!

Went to play soccer, after a long one month of not playing and under the hot sun, i guess i did not perform at all and shouldnt be on the pitch.. just sucks today..
